Teamly joins 500 Startups in Silicon Valley

Today, we’re excited to finally announce that we’re part of 500 Startups – one of the world’s leading seed-stage VCs – in their summer 2012 accelerator program.

We’re also announcing we now have over 10,000 registered users who between them have created over 250,000 priorities, over 60% of which have been completed – a completion rate that’s 50% higher than traditional task focused products. People choose Teamly to help them Get The Right Work Done, stay focused and share their achievements with their colleagues. Our mission is about helping our users complete what they set out to do and feel awesome at work because of it.

Although now headquartered in Silicon Valley – just a few miles from Google’s Mountain View headquarters – Teamly started life in London, England. Our founding team is from Scotland, England and California, and our investors and advisors include natives of the Canada, Israel, Pakistan, and both the UK and US. That diversity is reflected in our user base who are from all over the World, from New Zealand to Newfoundland, India to Indiana, and Kenya to Kentucky.

Look out for lots of product enhancements over the coming months!

Finally, to celebrate the unveiling of the new batch at 500 Startups, here’s a video we all put together. It’s called The Funding Games (any similarity to The Hunger Games is entirely intentional!)
